Medium-Term Plan

Medium-Term Plan

Our organization has formulated a set of strategic directions that it continues to pursue progressively over the medium term. The most notable of these include:

  • Conducting Field Studies Across Arab Countries:
Gradually implementing “Training Needs Assessments (TNA)” to identify professional development priorities in various Arab nations. The purpose is to design and present annual training programs that directly address the needs of institutions in each target country.

  • Establishing Professional Partnerships:
Building strong professional alliances with a distinguished selection of reputable regional and international organizations, as well as universities that have specialized institutes, training centers, or consultancy units. These partnerships aim to offer joint certification programs—both for participants completing individual training courses and those completing professional diploma requirements.

  • Expanding Collaboration with Government-Affiliated Training Centers:
Strengthening cooperation with training institutes and centers attached to ministries and public institutions to jointly conduct programs that meet their training needs. This also includes leveraging locally available facilities such as fully equipped training halls and related logistical resources.

  • Providing Technical and Managerial Expertise:
Broadening cooperation with the aforementioned centers by sharing our technical and managerial expertise, contributing to their operational development, and enhancing all areas that require improvement—recognizing them as vital partners in the field.

  • Designing and Implementing Extended Training Programs:
Developing longer-term training courses—lasting beyond one or two weeks—to ensure participants acquire advanced and specialized skills. Such programs may qualify participants for internationally accredited certificates that require extended study durations.

  • Completing Technological and Professional Readiness for E-Training:
Finalizing our technological, academic, and professional preparations to deliver remote training programs (E-Training / E-Learning), supported by interactive video conferencing capabilities.

  • Organizing Annual Professional Events:
Preparing to host several professional events each year that address key Arab interests, including an annual conference, along with forums, symposia, study circles, and specialized workshops—ensuring continuous professional exchange and knowledge development throughout the year.
