Chairman’s Visit to the International Commercial Arbitration Center – April 26, 2016
Professor Dr. Khalil Al-Shammaa, Chairman of the Board of Directors, visited the International Commercial Arbitration Center at the Najaf Chamber of Commerce in the Republic of Iraq. Discussions focused on potential cooperation in training courses covering various specializations and at successive levels. The company will organize another visit to finalize a memorandum of understanding in this regard.
Advanced Training Course in International Arbitration – April 27, 2016
The company participated in the advanced training course in international arbitration, organized by the Federation of Arab Engineers and the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate at the Al-Mansour Hotel in Baghdad. Dr. Areej Mohammed Awda presented a paper on international engineering arbitration, which was discussed and garnered significant interest from the participants.
Cooperation with the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate – April 28, 2016
Negotiations are currently underway with the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate in Baghdad to sign a memorandum of understanding. This memorandum aims to facilitate the syndicate’s participation in the international Arab coalition led by our company, in addition to a memorandum of understanding in the field of training.
